Every batch recorded
Batch number and shelf life go on the invoice, not just the carton. If a product needs checking, we can tell you exactly which delivery it came from.
We are a food trading business on Liaobu East Road. Our job is simple: keep the shelves of our customers full, without the paperwork that usually comes with wholesale.
Dongguan Liaobu Baoyu Food Store began as a small shop serving the factories and households around Liaobu Town. Buyers kept asking whether we could supply their canteens too, and the shop gradually turned into a supply business.
We still work the way a shop does. You tell us what sells; we keep it in stock. There is no account manager, no minimum contract — you speak to the person who picks your order.
Today we hold around 600 active lines across six categories and deliver to roughly 240 regular buyers: convenience stores, factory canteens, schools, cafés and event caterers.

We order to demand rather than filling the warehouse. Fast-moving lines arrive weekly, so nothing sits long enough to lose shelf life.
Combine snacks, drinks and staples on one pallet. Small shops should not have to buy a full truck to get wholesale pricing.
Our warehouse is inside Liaobu Town, so orders placed in the morning generally reach anywhere in Dongguan the same day. Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Huizhou are next-day on our regular routes.
